This Cookie Policy (the “Policy”) explains what cookies and similar technologies are, which cookies may be used on loralansky.com and in the digital product “Clarity Navigator,” what they are used for, how long they may be stored, and how the User can manage them.
As of the last update of this Policy, the website and the Product use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the operation of the website, login, security, purchase, access to the closed part of the Product, operation of forms, and the technical provision of the digital product.
As of the last update of this Policy, the Product does not use optional advertising, retargeting, or behavioral cookies, nor tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar tracking tools, unless otherwise expressly stated on the website, in a cookie banner, or in an updated version of this Policy.
- What Cookies Are
1.1. Cookies are small files or technical identifiers that a website may store in the User’s browser, device, or local storage.
1.2. Cookies help the website operate properly: they support account login, verify access, ensure security, open restricted pages, process purchases, display forms, maintain a technical session, and prevent errors.
1.3. For the purposes of this Policy, cookies also include similar technologies, including local storage, session storage, pixels, SDKs, technical identifiers, checkout tools, and other methods of storing or accessing information on the User’s device. Embedded forms are not cookies in themselves, but they may use cookies, local storage, session storage, or other technical mechanisms for proper operation, protection, and data submission.
1.4. By storage duration, cookies are divided into:
- Session cookies — temporary files or identifiers that are usually deleted when the User closes the browser or ends the session. They may be used for secure navigation, login, form submission, or website operation during a single visit.
- Persistent cookies — files or identifiers that remain on the User’s device for a certain period of time or until manually deleted by the User. We use persistent cookies only where necessary for the operation of the website, login, security, access to the Product, forms, purchase, or the storage of technical settings. The lifespan of such cookies usually does not exceed 12 months, unless a different period is set by the relevant technical provider or by the User’s browser settings.
- Categories of Cookies
2.1. Strictly necessary cookies
These are cookies without which the website, purchase, login, security, closed course area, forms, checkout, or digital product cannot function properly. Such cookies may be used without the User’s separate consent where permitted by applicable law.
2.2. Functional cookies
These cookies may be used to remember user settings, interface state, language, preferences, or other convenience features. As of the last update of this Policy, such cookies are not used as a separate optional category unless otherwise expressly stated on the website.
2.3. Analytics cookies
These cookies are used to analyze traffic, user behavior, traffic sources, clicks, page views, and to improve the website. As of the last update of this Policy, optional analytics cookies are not used within the Product.
2.4. Advertising and retargeting cookies
These cookies are used for advertising, ad personalization, retargeting, measuring advertising effectiveness, building audiences, or transferring data to advertising platforms. As of the last update of this Policy, advertising and retargeting cookies are not used within the Product.
- Which Cookies Are Currently Used
3.1. As of the last update of this Policy, the website and the Product may use the following strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies:

- cookies and technical identifiers necessary for the operation of the closed part of the Product;

- cookies or technical mechanisms of Lemon Squeezy or another Merchant of Record / payment operator, when the User proceeds to the checkout page or interacts with the payment system;
- cookies or technical mechanisms of Tally, because digital forms are embedded on the website or used for completing the Product;
- cookies or technical mechanisms for security, spam protection, protection against unauthorized access, and stable operation of the website;
- session cookies necessary for the proper operation of the website during the current visit.
3.2. These cookies are used so that:
- the website opens correctly;

- the website can verify whether the User has access to the materials;
- modules, forms, and digital materials open correctly;
- the User can purchase the Product;
- checkout works correctly;
- forms can open and be submitted;
- the website is protected against technical abuse, spam, errors, and unauthorized access;
- the security and integrity of the user session are maintained.
3.3. These cookies are not used for advertising retargeting, building advertising audiences, or tracking the User across third-party websites.

3.5. The actual list of cookies may depend on the User’s browser, device, login status, WordPress / WooCommerce / LMS settings, Tally, Lemon Squeezy, hosting, security services, and other technical components of the website. If new services or optional cookies are added in the future, this Policy will be updated.
- Closed Part of the Product
4.1. The closed part of the Product is available only to Users who have received access and logged in to the digital space.
4.2. For the operation of the closed part of the Product, the website may use cookies and similar technologies necessary for login, security, access verification, opening modules, operation of forms, protection of materials, and provision of the digital product.
4.3. Without such cookies, login, access to materials, operation of the user account, form submission, or completion of the Product may be impossible or may not function correctly.
4.4. Cookies necessary for login, access verification, security, and operation of the closed part of the Product are considered strictly necessary because they are required to provide the digital product that the User has purchased or requested.
- Third-Party Services That May Use Cookies
5.1. Third-party services may be used in connection with the website, purchase, or Product. Some of them may set their own cookies or similar technologies when the User interacts with the relevant service.
5.2. Such services may include:
- Lemon Squeezy — checkout, payment, taxes, order confirmation, refunds, and chargeback procedures;
- Tally — digital forms and the AI Mirror form;
- WordPress / WooCommerce / LMS / website plugins — access, sessions, security, and technical operation of the website;
- hosting provider, CDN, or security services — technical operation, protection, and stability of the website;
- SendGrid — delivery of service emails, if used for sending emails. SendGrid usually does not set cookies on the website unless the User visits SendGrid pages, but it may process technical email delivery data;
- other services expressly indicated in the Privacy Policy or on the website.
5.3. Third-party services may have their own cookie and privacy policies. If the User goes to a third-party website, form, checkout page, or interface, that third party’s processing of cookies is governed by its own documents.
5.4. Make, Airtable, Anthropic API, and HTML/CSS to Image are used in the server-side or no-code data processing chain of the Product and usually do not set cookies directly in the User’s browser through the website, unless the User interacts with their own interfaces. Their data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
- Analytics, Advertising, and Privacy Signals
6.1. As of the last update of this Policy, optional analytics, advertising, or retargeting cookies are not used within the website and the Product.
6.2. In particular, unless otherwise expressly stated on the website or in a cookie banner, the Product does not use:
- Google Analytics;
- Meta Pixel;
- TikTok Pixel;
- Google Ads remarketing;
- Hotjar;
- Microsoft Clarity;
- other similar behavioral analytics, heatmap, advertising tracking, or retargeting tools.
6.3. If such tools are added in the future, this Policy, the Privacy Policy, and, where necessary, the cookie banner will be updated before such tools begin to be used, if required by applicable law.
6.4. Optional analytics, advertising, or retargeting cookies should not load before the User’s consent is obtained, if such consent is required by applicable law.
6.5. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Some browsers may send Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals to websites. Since, as of the last update of this Policy, the website and the Product do not use behavioral tracking, advertising retargeting, sale of personal data, or transfer of data for cross-context behavioral advertising, the website operates in the same way regardless of whether such signals are enabled. If tools are added in the future for which applicable laws require DNT, GPC, or similar signals to be taken into account, we will update this Policy and the relevant settings before such processing begins.
- Whether Consent Is Required for Cookies
7.1. Strictly necessary cookies may be used without the User’s separate consent if they are needed to provide the website, checkout, access, security, forms, or digital product that the User has opened, requested, purchased, or started using.
7.2. Separate consent may be required before optional cookies, including analytics, advertising, retargeting cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, are installed or activated.
7.3. If optional cookies are added to the website in the future, the User will be given the ability to accept, reject, or configure such cookies through a cookie banner or another consent management mechanism, if required by applicable law.
7.4. Refusal of optional cookies should not prevent the User from accessing the main content of the website or the Product, provided that such cookies are not strictly necessary to provide the relevant function.
- How the User Can Manage Cookies
8.1. The User can manage cookies through the settings of their browser.
8.2. In most browsers, the User can:
- see which cookies are stored;
- delete cookies;
- block cookies;
- configure rules for specific websites;
- block third-party cookies;
- clear cookies after closing the browser.
8.3. If the User blocks all cookies, some parts of the website, checkout, forms, access to the Product, user account, or service functions may not work correctly.
8.4. If a cookie banner is used on the website, the User will be able to manage optional cookies through that banner or consent settings, where technically available.
- Cookies and Technical Issues
9.1. Certain technical issues may arise due to browser settings, cookie blocking, ad blockers, privacy extensions, VPN, firewall, corporate restrictions, outdated browsers, or local device settings.
9.2. If a form, checkout, user account, access link, or another part of the website does not work correctly, the User is advised to:
- check the internet connection;
- open the website in another browser;
- update the browser;
- temporarily disable extensions that may block forms or scripts;
- try Incognito / Private Browsing mode;
- open the Tally form or Lemon Squeezy checkout in a separate tab if the embedded version does not work correctly;
- allow necessary cookies or storage only for the relevant service, such as Tally or Lemon Squeezy, if the browser blocks the form or checkout;
- check the “Spam” or “Promotions” email folders;
- contact support at support@loralansky.com.
9.3. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may cause the website, purchase, forms, or access to the Product to work incorrectly.
9.4. The User understands that Lemon Squeezy, Tally, or other third-party services necessary for purchase, forms, or provision of the Product may use third-party cookies, local storage, session storage, or similar technical mechanisms. Blocking such mechanisms in the browser may make it impossible to purchase the Product, submit a form, receive access, or generate the AI Mirror.
- Updates to this Cookie Policy
10.1. We may update this Policy from time to time.
10.2. If new cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels, retargeting, or other tracking technologies are added to the website, this Policy will be updated before they begin to be used, if required by applicable law.
10.3. The last updated date is indicated at the beginning of this Policy.
10.4. The User is advised to periodically check the current version of this Policy on the website.
